Feb 20, 2012

Going out on a holiday is great fun and it is an invigorating experience which is required every once in a while. Since holiday is such a good and enjoyable time of one’s life, it would be a shame to even think about what can go wrong. However, as undesirable as that may be, one should think about it since just because one is in another country, it does not mean that the likelihood of encountering any dangers of day to day life is any less. Some of the common dangers that could affect you would be medical emergencies, loss and theft and these experiences could be traumatic, especially when one is not fully covered for any financial losses.

Therefore travel insurances are a must-have when one is embarking on a holiday or vacation. T

Finding affordable health insurance quotes on the East Coast can be challenging, especially because even states that are proximal in location have very different laws and regulations when it comes to health insurance. State health insurance law can contribute to insurance affordability by requiring insurance companies to cover certain conditions, refusing to allow them to change rates based on certain factors, and providing state-sponsored plans through individual or state insurance providers. With national health insurance reform laws already affecting legislation and more on the horizon, individuals will soon be able to have even greater access to affordable health insurance quotes.

Determining whether you need this type of policy should be based on these factors:

  • whether you use the vehicle for business frequently or occasionally,
  • the category of vehicle you use, and

What you should do

Begin by deciding which of the vehicles you own are used mainly for commercial purposes. Sin

Last week, in one of my auto accident cases, my client told me she just received a bill from her own treating doctor. The doctor practices in a big office in Farmington Hills, Michigan and does see a number of auto accident injury victims, so I’m hoping this is a one-time problem with his billing company, and not something they are doing intentionally.

Jan 19, 2012

The TDI or the Texas Department of Insurance has recently released its reports to the legislature stating that it has seen increased level of competition within the personal auto insurance market, a fall in the number of enrollment in the risk pool run by the state and relative cost stability. While most prospective insurers take this as welcome news, they’re also worried about the ways in which they can lower the cost of the auto insurance premiums. Wil
