The silage cutting season might make the farmers happy but the car owners need to be alert from the tractors and other farm machinery emerging from the fields. This is quite busy time for farmers so the number of trailers and tractors will increase on road dramatically. The other road users need to be wary of these farm vehicles and keep their vehicles safe while driving on road.
The Irish Farmers’ Association and Road Safety Authority have jointly appealed the drivers to drive calmly on road already occupied with slow moving farm vehicles. B
